    The

    lost

    traveller

    on the beach

This project aims to reconstruct my own memories of getting lost through a multi-sensorial installation in the hope that I might be able to share those memories with viewers. The project is rooted in the fact that I love travelling very much. Over the past few years I travelled frequently to so many places both in Thailand and abroad. Somehow, in most of those trips, I lost my way at certain points, and had to try to find my way back. In retrospective, those getting-lost experiences made those trips more memorable than others, simply because they forced me to be more aware of myself and what surrounded me at those moments, in terms of lighting conditions, sounds, and forms or images. It should be noted that those experiences were only ephemeral because when I went back to the same places at later times, my experiences were never the same as before.
